HONGrill capitalises on innovations and technology to offer a business opportunity for franchisees with little or no experience to operate a Cantonese-style barbecue takeaway shop. We look for agile, driven, forward-looking, and hardworking entrepreneurs to operate single-location and multiple-location franchises, which are supported by our central supply chain, comprehensive training programme, impactful marketing and brand building, as well as an experienced, bilingual team that help franchisees solve problems and grow.

About HONGrill

Char siu, or Cantonese barbecue, offers an interesting contrast on the palate as the caramelised and smokey crust on the outside wraps around the juicy and tender meat on the inside. It can be served on a bed of jasmine rice, or stuffed in lotus leaf buns to make delectable snacks. HONGrill aims to revolutionise the way Cantonese barbecue dishes are prepared and marketed to win over Britain with the authentic taste of Hong Kong.

Staying focused on Cantonese barbecue, HONGrill is spearheading innovations in food technology and business model for Chinese quick service restaurants. Backed by the success and experience of Hopers’ Base Restaurant in Hong Kong, HONGrill will open its first concept shop in Causeway Bay, at the heart of Hong Kong’s commercial district. HONGrill plans to establish a central supply chain in Greater London and its first franchise locations within two years. Our footprint will continue to expand to where Hong Kongers call home, to approximately 18 to 20 locations across the United Kingdom.
